Rick Kulcheski, the principal appraiser, has over 31 years of experience and training in Heavy Equipment and the Auto industry. While starting out as a truck body repairman/mechanic in 1979, he moved on to appraising in 1988 with the Insurance Corporation of British Columbia. Rick has been in the Heavy Equipment Dept. since 1994 and has seen an opportunity in the private sector for insurance companies to benefit from his experience.
Rick has reviewed hundreds of subrogation demands from third-party insurers over the span of his career. He's saved the at-fault insurance companies thousands of dollars due to the lack of experience from the choice of appraiser by the third-party insurance company.

Gerry has obtained a wealth of knowledge in all aspects of automotive collision-repair and operations management, including production, sales, and office functions, in compliance with industry standards and best practices.
